WASHINGTON, D.C. — Congressman Henry Cuellar (TX-28) works hard to distribute COVID-19 vaccines to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) employees and other federal law enforcement officers in South Texas. Only 44% of COVID-19 vaccines have been distributed in the State of Texas.
