EDINBURG — Virtual Pioneer & Ranching Crafts Day programming is scheduled at 2 p.m. on Feb. 13 and Feb. 14 on the Museum of South Texas History’s Facebook page. Every year, for nearly 30 years, the community was invited to participate in homestead and ranching activities such as butter churning and cattle herding at the museum. This year, however, the museum will host a virtual demonstration on the community-favorite activity butter making.
