Pharr launches water utility assistance

PHARR – The City of Pharr and the Office of Grants Management and Community Development is pleased to announce that the city has been awarded additional CARES Act funding for their Emergency Utility Assistance Program to help residents affected by the coronavirus pandemic. Pharr is utilizing the CARES Act funds to launch a Water Utility Assistance Program to assist residents with delinquent water bills (up to $500 in eligible assistance is available).
