EDINBURG – In commemoration of the first anniversary of the COVID-19 pandemic, Hidalgo County Judge Richard F. Cortez has released a commemorative video highlighting 365 days of response to a global pandemic. On March 17, 2020, Judge Cortez signed an order declaring a local disaster due to COVID-19.
