PHARR - Students in a 4th grade class at Berta Palacios Elementary in Pharr-San Juan-Alamo ISD (PSJA ISD) recently won 2nd place in the Texas Association of School Board’s (TASB) 2021 Student Video Contest. The TASB Video contest was open to all Texas elementary and secondary public-school students. As part of the contest, students had to create a short video showcasing resilience within Texas public schools.
