Imagine you’re a passenger aboard a charter plane and you’re looking up in the cockpit, the skies are dark, the air is bumpy, lightning all around, you’re looking for some assurance, and instead, your pilot has an oh-my-God look of sheer terror on his face. Not good. Even if you survived the flight, you’d probably never fly again.
