As I’ve said many times before, Republican or Democrat, all clear-headed Texans should be ashamed that Warren Kenneth Paxton, 58, still occupies the Office of the Attorney General of Texas after winning the office in 2014, running as a Tea Party Conservative. He has been under indictment (three felony counts) since 2015 on securities fraud charges related to alleged activity committed before he assumed office.
