EDINBURG - On Thursday, July 15, Hidalgo County Precinct 4 is launching the first bus service in the unincorporated area of the county. Valley Metro Route 12 which begins in Weslaco at the STC Mid-Valley Campus and ending at UTRGV in Edinburg will offer county residents a flexible route with access to county resources from San Carlos. Route 12 will run continuous daily Monday – Friday.
