PHARR – The City of Pharr responded to an emergency 9-1-1 call reporting a major gas leak at 12:22 p.m. last Wednesday, Sept. 8th. Pharr Fire and Hazmat crews were immediately deployed to the area of 200 E. Las Milpas Rd.
