EDINBURG — Hidalgo County Precinct 2 Commissioner Eduardo “Eddie” Cantu and the Texas General Land Office (GLO) hosted a presentation for the Homeowner Assistance and Reimbursement Program (HARP) on Friday at the Pct. 2 Advancement Center located at 509 East Earling Road in San Juan.The HARP Program, administered by the Texas GLO, is a new reimbursement and repair assistance program for residents of Hidalgo, Cameron, Jim Wells and Willacy Counties who were affected by the 2018 and 2019 rain storms.
