WESLACO — As part of an ongoing road construction project, Hidalgo County Precinct 1 announced the closure of a section of Mile 10 N. at the intersection of Mile 6 W. in Weslaco. The area will be closed to traffic as contractors excavate the full depth of the roadway.All construction areas will be marked by barricades and road closure signs. Precinct 1 Commissioner David L.
