PHARR — The Pharr Community Theater (PCT) invites you to the Development Research Center located at 850 W. Dicker Rd, Pharr, this Saturday, Oct. 2, at either 3 or 7 p.m. (two shows) for the final performances of four short plays, back-to-back, in Spanish.The four skits include two historical monologues based on Mexico’s Independence from Spain, written by Wendy B.
