Two have been charged with murder for a shooting that occurred Oct. 7 in Edinburg.Both Miguel Angel Mujica and Elizabeth Mujica were charged with murder, and given $750,000 and $500,000 bonds, respectively.The day of the shooting just before 9 p.m., Edinburg Police Department officers responded to the 2000 block of Mojave Ave. When officers arrived, they saw a man with a gunshot wound lying on the ground. The 24-year old victim was pronounced dead at the scene.The victim was identified as 24-year-old Milton Rodriguez.
