Democrat Crimes

The toilets were broken. There was mold covering the walls. One inmate had a hand that had turned purple and a thumb that was black. He had been offered zero medical treatment and was approaching the day when his hand would have to be amputated to prevent certain death. Another inmate had Celiac disease and had been denied the special diet he required in order to avoid serious health consequences. Yet another inmate had a broken finger that was permanently bent sideways.

These prisoners had been held for 10 months, much of the time in solitary confinement. The first month they were locked down for 23 hours a day and allowed only a single hour for exercise. The second month each had been confined to his cell for 22 hours a day with two hours allowed for exercise. The prison itself had been declared substandard.

The inmates of this facility had never been charged with a felony. They had, rather, been accused of misdemeanor offenses. They were being held incommunicado and believed that people in general had forgotten about them and didn't care what happened to them. Nor were they allowed church services although they were being incarcerated in the Capital city of a country that claimed to be Christian.

The inmates had carefully drawn an American flag and as a group sang the Star Spangled Banner before it every night, standing at attention with (black and blue) hand over heart. They stood there in long hair and beards since they hadn't been allowed a haircut in 10 months.

Representative Marjorie Taylor Greene had been trying for months to be allowed to tour the jail. She was finally called and told she had 15 minutes to travel from the floor of Congress to the District of Columbia jail facility. She grabbed Louie Gohmert and some staffers and sped to the jail. She was given a tour which DID NOT INCLUDE THE POLITICAL PRISONERS. At that point she raised such a stink that calls were made and she was allowed into the section containing the supposed "insurrectionists." When she entered that section, people came flooding out of their cells to see who it was who actually cared about them.

What the Democrat Party has done to those individuals is criminal. It is far worse than any misdemeanor crimes committed by the prisoners. Where is the medical treatment? Where is the bond payment provision that would allow the individuals freedom until their trial. Where are the provisions allowing communication between the prisoners and their families? Where are the constitutional rights that the accused are supposed to have?

What makes this incarceration even worse is that at the same time the President is offering $450,000 cash to aliens who have defied United States sovereignty and snuck across the Southern border in an effort to steal jobs from American citizens. First he said the accusation was garbage. Then he admitted it was true. There's also the matter of socialist rioters across the nation who have burned down businesses and gotten off with a slap of the wrist. People who walked into the Capitol when the Capitol Hill Police opened the doors wide, however, are held as political prisoners and horribly mistreated.

Those being held need to be released on their own recognizance pending trial. As far as those illegal aliens suing the government, my wife has thought of a solution for that which should satisfy all sides. Taxpayers should be happy since it doesn't require any tax payments. The liberal organization funding the suit should be happy because it provides for those illegal aliens. The President should also be happy because it benefits his family. My wife suggests that the illegal aliens suing our government be paid off with some of Hunter Biden's famous and oh so valuable paintings.
