ALAMO — The Texas State Library and Archives Commission (TSLAC) recently awarded funding to The Sergeant Fernando De La Rosa Memorial Library under its Special Projects Grant program.The Sergeant Fernando De La Rosa Memorial Library will implement the Alamo Community Literacy Initiative.
