Edinburg Police Officers were called out to the 3800 block of Sarah Evans before 2:30 a.m. Sunday in response to gunshots being fired.When officers arrived onto the scene, they discovered a man with a gunshot wound lying dead in an alleyway.The victim has been identified as 23-year-old Anthony Maldonado.Two individuals have been arrested and charged.
