On Feb. 15, Edinburg police officers were called out to an apartment complex in the 1700 block of Jason Avenue just after 10:30 a.m. for a welfare concern regarding two suicidal individuals. Witnesses nearby told investigators they heard gunshots.Officers entered the apartment and discovered the bodies of two people who had been fatally shot. They have been identified as 29-year old Carly Ann Hooper and 32-year-old Adam John Radison.As of press time, this is considered an isolated incident.
