Turns out, the 19.06 acres of land that PSJA ISD has been sitting on for years along the north side of Exp. 83 heading east from Raul Longoria toward Cesar Chavez Rd. is still appraised by the county at approximately $4 million or $196,000 an acre.Why the district let out a Request for Bids last December with a “Suggested Starting Bid” of $10 million, who knows.
