PHARR — The City of Pharr will host its biggest event of the year, the Pharr Hub Phestival themed "Country Boots, Tejano Roots” which pays homage to the city's roots. The event will take place on Saturday in downtown Pharr (118 S. Cage Blvd) with gates opening at 5 p.m..
