EDINBURG — On April 22, in partnership with Precinct 4, American Forests and UTRGV will be presenting the inaugural session of a new environmental literacy program at the Precinct 4 Endowment Center in San Carlos.The event is slated to start at 3:30 p.m.The Community Forest Restoration and Education Literacy Program will include different monthly topics, including challenges to our local environment and with special emphasis on the Valley’s native thornforests.
