EDINBURG — Rio Grande Valley Sector Border Patrol agents encountered six large groups in Starr County resulting in 1,029 arrests.Over the past several days, Rio Grande City Border Patrol Station agents encountered six large groups in La Grulla, Rio Grande City, and Roma.The groups were comprised of 406 single adults, 322 family members, and 301 unaccompanied children.
