Anita L. Requenez, 101, passed away Saturday, August 6, 2022, at Rio Grande Regional Hospital in McAllen.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Alfredo Requenez; parents, Crisoforo Longoria and Josefa Villarreal.
Mrs. Requenez is survived by her five children, Alfredo (Donna) Requenez Jr., Arturo (Oralia) Requenez, Hermilo (Raquel) Requenez, Ruben (Janie) Gonzalez and Yolanda (Bryan) Jennings, 18 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held from 5 to 8 p.m. with a 6 p.m. Memorial service Tuesday, August 9, 2022, at Memorial Funeral Home, 208 E. Canton in Edinburg.
Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg.
