Special to the Advance HOUSTON — The seventh and final member involved in a synthetic narcotics distribution network has been ordered to federal prison, announced U.S. Attorney Jennifer B. Lowery .Frank Gonzalez, 61, Mesa, Arizona, pleaded guilty Aug. 19, 2020.On Tuesday, U.S. District Judge George Hanks Jr. ordered Gonzalez to serve a total of 32 months in federal prison and to forfeit $117,984.
