When it comes to the khaki-uniformed, cowboy-hat-wearing failure we all know as Texas DPS Director Steve McCraw, is “contempt” too strong of a word to describe the feelings I have for this guy? I think not.Monday, Nov. 28, the Texas Tribune (texastribune.org) published this headline – “Amid fallout from the Uvalde shooting, Texas DPS wants $1.2 billion for academy and activeshooter training facility.”Question is, will the facility, if built, have the medical capacity to artificially “grow a pair” (excuse the vulgarity) for the male attendees if they’re ever called on to show courage in the face of an active-shooter scenario?Doubtful.
