Pharr woman sentenced for trafficking cocaine

A 47-yearold South Texan has been ordered to prison after admitting to trafficking cocaine from Hidalgo County to other states across the country, announced U.S. Attorney Alamdar S. Hamdani.Idalia Guzman pleaded guilty Feb. 6, 2019.On Jan. 10, 2023, Senior U.S. District Judge John D. Rainey imposed a 96-month sentence to be immediately followed by five years of supervised release.
