Tucker Carlson was attacked last week for airing some of the countless hours of January 6th video given to him by the new Republican Speaker of the House, Kevin McCarthy. McCarthy was also attacked for turning over the footage to Fox News and (through it) to Carlson. In general the criticism seemed to be that Tucker’s presentation of the material wasn’t gruesome enough (not sufficiently violent). It didn’t fit well with the Democrat narrative of “Insurrection”.
