Special to the Advance PHARR — The City of Pharr hosted their 15th annual Hub Phestival Saturday night in Downtown Pharr.The musical event drew in thousands of people from Pharr, the Rio Grande Valley and beyond.Hub Phest 2023 kicked off with the annual BBQ Cook-Off, Car Show and performances by Texas Storm and Gatos Locos.
