The Pharr Police Department is teaming up with TxDOT to increase awareness and information about drinking and driving. This campaign will include an increase in the enforcement of DWI laws to reduce the number of DWI-related crashes, injuries, and fatalities.The campaign period will be through July 9.There are many consequences of drinking and driving. The most serious is death.
