A 17-year-old male has been arrested and charged in connection to a shooting that occurred Sunday morning in Edinburg which left seven people injured.Samuel Lopez, of San Juan, was taken before Justice of the Peace Jerry Munoz on Tuesday. He was charged with attempted capital murder and his bond was set at $3.5 million.Investigators secured a warrant for Lopez’s arrest and was taken into custody by Hidalgo County Sheriff’s Deputies and the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force.Deputies responded to a call of shots fired at El Antro Nightclub at 4:35 a.m. Sunday where they discovered the gunshot wound victims, according ...
