Special to the AdvanceOn Saturday at about 2:09 a.m., Edinburg Police Department officers responded to the intersection of Trenton Rd. and Closner Blvd. in reference to a major crash.Upon arrival, officers observed that a white Chevrolet Silverado had struck a white BMW passenger car.Through the investigation, it was revealed that the driver of the Chevrolet Silverado disregarded the red light at the intersection and shortly thereafter struck the passenger car.The BMW was driven by a female driver and was occupied by one male passenger, while the Chevrolet Silverado was driven by an adult male.
