Special to the AdvancePHARR — The City of Pharr recently announced via a news release its inaugural Winter Wonderland celebration, transforming Downtown Park into a festive holiday spectacle for the community.The free event is scheduled for Friday, from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m., at Downtown Park (118 S.
