Blake and Bunzi: Pets of every stripe
Blake is a lovely 2-year-old female cat with great big green eyes, a cinnamon nose and cream highlights on her face. She’s a classic tabby, with stripes galore. She might be a bit bashful at first but she’s very sweet and loves getting attention from humans. She also enjoys playing with her toys and with other cats.
If you’re looking for a lovable feline companion, please consider Blake. This pretty kitty might be just the right one for you!
Bunzi is a beautiful brindle and white Boxer, with markings that almost look like tiger stripes. She’s a big girl, tipping the scales at around 60 pounds. She loves to run and play. She tries to “catch” water coming from a hose and enjoys the company of other friendly dogs. She rides well in a car, enjoying what, for her, is always an adventure, plus, she’s a great walking companion. Bunzi loves getting attention and is especially partial to belly rubs. She would be a super family pet and would not mind at all having other canine “siblings.”
Blake and Bunzi are spayed and up-to-date on their shots. They are very ready for their forever homes, where they can live happily ever-after.

Love Dogs But Not Ready to Adopt?
We are in need of several loving foster homes for medium to large sized dogs who need to learn about living in a home with humans. The ideal foster situation would be one where the dog could be kept indoors most of the time, have plenty of interaction with people, and have access to a securely fenced back yard. Our shelter is full and we desperately need help housing some of the great dogs in our care. You can fill out an application online to foster a dog or call the number above for more information. If you’re not ready for a lifetime commitment, this is a great way to help a dog become more ready for his or her forever home AND to help our shelter serve even more homeless dogs.
