A 32-year-old Edinburg resident who was in a major accident Saturday has died to his injuries.Carlos Talamantes III, who was in a crash in which a vehicle was overturned in a canal, was announced dead via a Monday news release by the city.According to a release by Edinburg, police officers responded to the 2300 block of W. Sprague St. on Saturday before 2 a.m. in regard to a major accident.
