In its ongoing effort to promote the Rio Grande Valley and Northern Mexico to outside investment, the Hidalgo County Prosperity Task Force has announced the creation of the RioPlex initiative.This initiative will be independent of Hidalgo County and the Prosperity Task Force. Instead, it will be run and funded by area businesses.
