Special to the Advance EDINBURG — On Sunday, at approximately 2:04 a.m., Edinburg Police officers responded to a single-vehicle crash near 2nd Street (Colonel Rowe Blvd) and Hobbs Street.Witnesses reported seeing a black Dodge pickup truck swerving erratically northbound on 2nd Street before disregarding a stop sign at Hobbs Street.
