In an effort to keep the public safe, the Hidalgo County Criminal District Attorney’s Office and local law enforcement are implementing a “No Refusal” week spanning from Friday, March 14, 2025 to Sunday, March 23, 2025. This week takes place during Spring Break, a time when a variety of activities and festivals take place.
