The Food Bank of the Rio Grande Valley is proud to announce a special summer partnership with the Pine Gate Community Impact Fund, the charitable arm of renewable energy company Pine Gate Renewables. As part of this collaboration, a $10,000 gift from the Pine Gate Community Impact Fund on behalf of the Grapefruit Solar Project in Hildalgo County will support an evening drive-thru food distribution in July.This timely initiative will help provide much-needed meals for families and children across the Rio Grande Valley during one of the most critical times of the year.
