Cinderella Pet Rescue: Affectionate canines looking for great homes

This week, Cinderella is featuring Petunia and Huggie, a couple of substantial, medium-sized female dogs. Both of them are noted for being friendly, affectionate and mellow.

Petunia was born in August 2020 and weighs about 50 pounds. She’s a boxer/heeler mix whose coat is a pretty shade of cinnamon with lots of big freckles on her white legs and chest. She’s a sweet dog who loves people and gets along well with other dogs.

All she really wants out of life is a forever home with a person or family who will shower her with the attention and affection she craves. She would love to welcome you home and let you know that you are the most important person in her world. She’s enthusiastic about life and always seems to be wearing a big smile. She’d be content to be your best friend and hang out together or to go on long walks, car rides and other adventures with you.

Huggie is another big, muscular girl, weighing 48 pounds. She was born in December, 2022. She’s a silvery-black cross between a French Bulldog and a Staffordshire Bull Terrier. She comes with one ear up and one ear down, which gives her a devil-may-care look which is irresistible. She gets her name from being so affectionate.

She loves to be around people and wiggles with pleasure when she gets close to you. Like Petunia, she enjoys all the normal canine activities, especially those that involve a human. She will be a wonderful family dog or a best friend ever to some lucky individual.

Both Petunia and Huggie are spayed and up-to-date on their shots. They have been waiting patiently for the right person or family to come along and make their dreams of happily ever-after come true. If you're interested in adopting either, fill out our online adoption application today to be considered to be their new best friend, or call us at (956) 391-4399 for more information.

We have lots of other great cats and dogs who are also available for immediate adoption, so be sure to check out our website at www.cinderella-pet-rescue. org to view their pictures and short biographies.
