City Commission Recognizes First Graduating Class of P.H.A.R.R. Academy

The Pharr City Commission, alongside Pharr Human Resources Director Veronica Ramirez, proudly recognized four employees who completed the first graduating cohort of the Public Hazards Alert Ready Response (P.H.A.R.R.) Academy.
