Hidalgo County Judge Richard F. Cortez is inviting the community to attend Paws at the Park — which is an event celebrating pets and promotes responsible pet ownership. It is slated for Feb. 7 from 9:30 a.m. to noon at Bill Schupp Park, located at 1300 Zinnia Ave. in McAllen.Educational resources to promote pet ownership and the responsibilities that come along with it will be provided at the event.
