EDINBURG — A former Edinburg Consolidated Independent School District employee turned themselves into the authorities last Wednesday after allegations involving an inappropriate relationship between an educator and a student.Christian Roxburgh, a former Edinburg High School teacher and coach, turned himself into school district custody and was arraigned later that afternoon by JP Pct. 4 Judge Andre Maldonado.According to Hidalgo County jail records, his bond was set at $25,000.
