JOEL BADILLO ALAMO

Joel Badillo, 64, passed away Thursday, July 23, 2026, at The Heights of Alamo.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Reyes and Aurelia Badillo; and brother, Mario Javier Badillo.

Mr. Badillo is survived by his wife, Maria Isabel Rocha; son, Anthony Joel Badillo; three step-children, Alejandra Rocha, Evelyn Rocha, Jorge (Karla) Rocha; two grandchildren, Hiram Rocha, Emmanuel Rocha; seven siblings, Diana (Julio) Gonzalez, Eduardo (Ana) Badillo, Guadalupe (Fala) Badillo, Gabriel Badillo, Fidelmar Badillo, Angel Badillo, Dina (John) Asbell; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation is at 5 p.m. with a 6 p.m. rosary Wednesday, July 29, 2026, at Memorial Funeral Home, 208 E. Canton in Edinburg. Funeral service will take place at 10 a.m. Thursday, July 30, 2026, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Edinburg. Cremation will take place at Memorial Cremation Center in Edinburg.

Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg.
