ALTAGRACIA P. HUERTA

PHARR – Altagracia P. Huerta, 92, entered eternal rest Wednesday, December 23, 2020, at her residence in Pharr.

Born in San Luis Potosi, Mrs. Huerta had lived in Pharr most of her life and was a member of St. Anne’s Catholic Church. She is preceded in death by her husband, Jose Angel Huerta; and three children, Guadalupe, Alicia, and Maria Huerta.

Altagracia is survived by eight children, Catalina (Ramiro) De Leon, Carolina (Gregorio) Ramirez, Juan (Blanca) Huerta, Cruz (Lucio) Guerrero, Yolanda Pedroza, Jose (Maria Concepcion) Huerta, Arturo (Rebecca) Huerta, Sylvia (Rick Salinas) Huerta; 24 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

The family would like to thank her providers, Hilda Dominguez, Eliza Abrego, and Alicia Villarreal, for the care given to their mother. Visitation was held from 5

Visitation was held from 5 to 9 p.m., with a 6 p.m. rosary Tuesday, December 29, 2020, at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Funeral service will take place at 2 p.m. Wednesday, December 30, 2020, at St. Anne’s Catholic Church in Pharr. Interment will follow at Palm Valley Memorial Gardens in Pharr.

Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
