DOMINGA SANTA MARIA

Dominga Santa Maria, 78, passed away Sunday, November 20, 2022, at her residence in Pharr.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Oscar Santa Maria; parents, Agustin Carranza and Elvira Flores Lopez.

Mrs. Santa Maria is survived by her five children, Aron (Laura) Santa Maria, Arturo (+Juanita) Santa Maria, Oscar (Martha) Santa Maria Jr., Jorge (Norma) Santa Maria, Marisela (Rogelio Jr.) Ramos; 14 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and numerous siblings.

Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. with a 5:30 p.m. rosary Wednesday, November 23, 2022, at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Funeral service will take place at 10 a.m. Friday, November 25, 2022, at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church in Pharr. Interment will follow at Palm Valley Memorial Gardens in Pharr.

The family would like to express eternal gratitude to Arturo, her son/caregiver for all the love, patience, and support provided for Grandma Minga these past years.

Honorary pallbearers will be Oscar III, Aron, Okie, Jorge Jr., Josue, Valerie Santa Maria and Rogelio Ramos III.

Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
