JOSE ‘JOE’ GARCIA PHARR

Joe is survived by his wife, Elida C. Garcia; three children, Belia (Ramiro) Zuniga, Joey (Maritza) Garcia, Albert (Monica) Garcia; ten grandchildren, Sergio Vidal Martinez, Landen Suarez, A.J. Garcia, Joey Ryan Garcia, Adysen Garcia, Liam Garcia, Brianna Garcia, Elliana Garcia, Christian Garcia, Gianna Garcia; and a great-grandchild, Sebastian Andrew.

Visitation was Sunday, Aug. 16, 2026, at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Funeral service was Monday, Aug. 17,2026 at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church in Pharr. Interment followed at La Piedad Cemetery Jose “Joe” Garcia, 75, passed away Wednesday, Aug. 12, 2026, at Valley Baptist Medical CTR in Harlingen.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Alberto and Maria Bertha Garcia; and six siblings.

in McAllen.

Funeral services were under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
