JOSE GILBERT LOZANO

EDINBURG — It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Jose Gilbert Lozano, a loving husband, and devoted father and grandfather. Mr. Lozano passed away Friday, December 20, 2024, at DHR Health Hospice in Edinburg at the age of 70.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Rosendo and Maria Lozano.

Mr. Lozano is survived by his wife of 51 wonderful years, Maria Elena Lozano; two daughters, Yvonne Lozano, and her husband, James Davila, and Monica Lozano; five grandchildren; and three siblings.

Visitation will begin at 5 p.m., with a 6 p.m. rosary, Sunday, December 22, 2024, at Memorial Funeral Home, 208 E Canton in Edinburg. Funeral service will take place at 12 noon Monday, December 23, 2024, at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Palm Valley Memorial Gardens in Pharr.

Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg.
