JULIO MUÑOZ

PHARR — Julio Muñoz, 61, passed away Tuesday, July 14, 2026 at McAllen Heart Hospital.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Dario Jr. and Maria De La O’ Muñoz.

Julio is survived by his wife, Angelica Muñoz; children, Moises Julio Muñoz, Mario Alejandro (Manuela Salas) Muñoz, Joanna (Christopher Barron) Muñoz; grandchildren, Adrian Drew Muñoz, Brisa Muñoz, Audrey Barron, Leila Muñoz, Marco Alejandro Muñoz; siblings, Alberto Muñoz, Maria Guadalupe Muñoz, Dario Muñoz, and Angel (San Juanita) Muñoz.

Visitation was held July 16, 2026, at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Funeral service took place July 17, 2026, at Memorial Funeral Home Chapel. Interment followed at Palm Valley Memorial Gardens in Pharr.

Funeral services were under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
