PETRA VASQUEZ

ALAMO — Petra Vasquez, 91, passed away Tuesday, June 28, 2022, in Alamo.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Enrique Vasquez; son, Enrique Vasquez Jr., and her parents, Fortunato and Soledad Escobedo.

Mrs. Vasquez is survived by her four children, Juan Pena, Criselda (Ruben) Grimaldo, Maria Magdalena Vasquez, Maria "Kippie" (Ruben) Ramos; 14 grandchildren; 29 greatgrandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and a brother, Pedro Escobedo.

Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. with a 6 p.m. rosary Thursday, June 30, 2022, at Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan. Funeral service will take place at 2 p.m. at Resurrection Catholic Church in Alamo. Interment will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery in Alamo.

Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in San Juan.
