VICTOR RODRIGUEZ

Victor Rodriguez, 90, died Wednesday, February 16, 2022, at his residence.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Estella S. Rodriguez; and his parents, Alfonso and Petra Rodriguez.

Mr. Rodriguez is survived by his five children, Norma L. (Rogelio) Garcia, Gloria L. (Joe) Ramirez, Victor Rodriguez, Jr., Belinda (Javier) De La Rosa all of Edinburg, Jose Alfon so (Christopher) Rodriguez of Seattle, Washington; 11 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held from 5 to 8 p.m., with a 6 p.m. rosary Monday, February 21, 2022, at Memorial Funeral Home, 208 E. Canton Rd. in Edinburg. Funeral service took place at 10 a.m. Tuesday, February 22, 2022, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Edinburg. Interment followed at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Edinburg.

Pallbearers were Victor Rodriguez Jr., Jose Alfonso Rodriguez, Jose Ramirez Jr, Javier De La Rosa, Rogelio F. Garcia, Jose Ramirez III, Randy Ramirez, Rogelio Garcia Jr., Honorary pallbearer: Isaac Xavior De La Rosa.

Military honors were conducted by VFW Post 7473 of Elsa.

Funeral services are under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home in Edinburg.
