The RGV Vipers split contests against Mexico City

EDINBURG — The Rio Grande Valley Vipers (5-6) are still trying to get into the groove of things as they spilt two home games against the Mexico City Capitanes — which is not a G-League affiliate team, but rather a professional team out of Mexico.

The first contest on Thursday, the Vipers were able to put away the game 125-107 with an offensive performance from Isaiah Crawford who had 34 points.

The second game on Saturday, the Capitanes got the best of the home team as they sealed the deal with a 118-113 win.
